Direct Wines is the UK’s largest home-delivery wine merchant, with over 450,000 active customers. Established in 1969, the business offers around 1,500 wines ranging from £5 to £1,500 a bottle to a diverse customer base.

The Direct Wines campaign includes:

  • Reactivating customers from the client’s lapsed base
  • Sourcing & purchasing new campaign data (at our own risk) to deliver a new stream of customers
  • Prioritising data segments to maximise contact rates, depending on customer and client profitability
  • Supplying campaign data to the client 3 times daily to maintain campaign efficiency and the ability to respond rapidly to opportunities within the live campaign
