Our call recordings are held and may be stored for a period of up to 48 months. The call recordings are used for training, monitoring and Quality Assurance purposes. In addition to this, the call recording may be used as a clarification of the conversation held and any verbal agreements that have been entered into. Upon request, call recordings may be shared with the client we represent.
