Core Contact is part of The Newhall Group, established in 1962. We work with a wide range of companies who care deeply about their customers and brands.
We aspire to be a seamless partner of our clients and in doing so help them grow profitable businesses while being seen as the ethically acceptable face of telemarketing. As a result we do not – and will not – work in sectors such as PPI claims, and the more recently growing area of holiday sickness claims which we believe give our sector a bad name in the eyes of both clients and the wider public.
Core Contact was originally born within The Newhall Group almost 20 years ago to service the needs of Candis magazine, one of the UK’s best-selling subscription titles for women. The company has since grown to become a national sector-led subscription management and telemarketing specialist, offering comprehensive inbound, outbound, fulfilment and data handling services. Pioneering, proactive and often ground-breaking in our approach, our people work as part of each client’s team, from sourcing prospect data to securing profitable new business.
